Life In New England



As the seasons come and go
I thank God for where I live
I'd be so bored in a region
Where there was no give


I love the summer with it's life
Of birds and animals to spare
But there's nothing like the fall
With colors everywhere


And winter with it's glory
Of a wonderland in snow
Ushers in the spring
With new life it glows


The seasons are a wonder
So beautiful is each one
With all the unique qualities
For enjoyment and having fun


Life anywhere else but New England
Would be boring in comparison
